The Video that Samantha Posted was a great and informative video it allowed for the watcher to really stay engaged and really learn information that went on in the superbowl halftime show and the results of that show.A couple things that I would improve on Samantha's video is maybe add some background music to allow for reachability and also maybe be in a lighter area to allow a better ambiance and allow more welcoming ambiance.#SuperBowlHalftime #PerformanceReview #SportsJournalism #StudentJournalism #MediaAnalysis #HalftimeShow #BroadcastReview #MultimediaStorytelling #JournalismStudents #SportsMedia

Super Bowl Weekend in the Bay

Reigns video was very informative and it allowed for a lot of people to learn new information and also allowed for some people to be engaged As she related to a certain population of People that lived in the Bay Area as she is native from that area. There was a lot of statistical information actually stated how much revenue the baby area gained from having the Super Bowl in Santa Clara, which was great. Some of the things Reign can improve on is maybe s he can fix the audio levels to her video as it might've been slightly too elevated and also maybe you make it a little more on the professional side with vocabulary.#SuperBowlBayArea #SantaClaraSuperBowl #SportsJournalism #StudentJournalism #BayAreaEvents #CommunityReporting #MultimediaJournalism #EconomicImpact #FieldReporting #JournalismStudents

Basketball Without the Noise: A look at the Small Ball Podcast

https://open.spotify.com/episode/2j5rCQqWiWwXMOQSv2soRz?si=VimzlxfLQ7GtG9mpg0WqmQ&t=54&ct=26

The Podcast I chose is Small Ball with Kenny Beecham Podcast

Although Kenny Beecham’s Small Ball podcast is informative and entertaining, there are a few changes that could make it even better. One improvement would be adding more guest speakers to the podcast. Most episodes mainly feature Beecham sharing his own opinions and analysis, which is interesting, but hearing from other basketball analysts, journalists, or even former players could add more variety to the discussions. Different perspectives could lead to deeper conversations about NBA teams, players, and major events happening in the league.

Another change that could improve the podcast is adding more structured segments within each episode. While the conversations are natural and easy to listen to, they can sometimes feel a little unorganized. Having regular segments such as “Team of the Week,” “Player Spotlight,” or “Trade Watch” could help give each episode a clearer structure. This would also make it easier for listeners to follow along and know what to expect from each episode.

The podcast could also benefit from including more detailed analysis of gameplay and strategy. Beecham already does a good job explaining team performance and player development, but occasionally diving deeper into advanced statistics, coaching decisions, or specific plays could provide even more insight for listeners. Fans who enjoy learning about the technical side of basketball might appreciate this additional level of analysis.

Another small improvement could be shortening some of the discussions. At times, certain topics are repeated or explained longer than necessary. Making some segments more concise could help keep the pacing of the podcast engaging while still delivering strong analysis.

Overall, Small Ball is already a strong podcast that offers thoughtful NBA discussions and a relatable fan perspective. However, adding guest voices, creating clearer segments, including deeper strategic analysis, and improving pacing could make the podcast even more engaging and informative for basketball fans. #basketball #Podcast #Regularseason
